this spray is amazing. it has helped loosen muscles in my lower back and shoulders that have helped my massage therapist actually make progress in my session when before she wasnt able to loosen those areas. it does feel a bit weird and drys out my skin but that is a small price to pay for the relaxation it provides
Appears there's a magnesium, and a super large bottle! This would last a family quite some time. It does help with sleeping. Some people complain about itchy feet with it, that doesn't seem to happen for me. However if I put it on my neck or chest area it does itch a little so be aware of that. But that's to be expected. Overall it is a good addition for your health, if you're lacking in magnesium. And it will help you get much needed rest. Like almost instantly!
The spray nozzle made it easy to apply to legs. A little massage and no more leg cramp suffering. This worked for me.
I'm finding this of real use, when I have sore muscles. It's easy to use and then apply moisturizer after to spread it evenly. Happy it's unscented and doesn't interfere with my other body sprays and lotion. I feel like I've noticed a difference in my sleep quality, but can't be sure yet.
As someone who values clean, chemical-free products, I appreciate that Bare Botanics Topical Magnesium Oil Spray is free of harmful additives. While I'm still uncertain about its effectiveness for improving sleep, I'm willing to give it a try as I struggle with insomnia. What I've noticed so far is that it works exceptionally well for managing foot odor and controlling moisture. Overall, it feels like a clean and beneficial addition to my routine, even though the sleep benefits remain to be seen.
I purchased this magnesium oil because I have heard about the benefits it has for sleep when sprayed on the feet. My daughter has had trouble sleeping through the night lately. We have been spraying two sprays on each foot at night before bed. She hasn't necessarily slept through the night. However, she only wakes briefly now, said she feels better rested in the morning when she gets up. I can't say for sure that it is the spray. But I'm certainly not going to stop. I really like that it is truly unscented and has had no negative affect on her skin. She has super sensitive skin.
If you follow the directions, you will be happy with this product. I used it on my feet. The directions do say that it can dry out your skin so to apply moisturizer after this has dried. This helps a lot. You can find many uses for it. Just don't forget the moisturizer for your skin.
I was excited to receive and use it but it arrived without a pipe to place in the bottle to retrieve the oil. It came with the pump but no stick pipe to pipe it up and out. I had to return it but am trying to reorder it.
The product name is misleading. I expect an “oil spray” to add moisture and leave a silky feel on your skin after use. This product is like spraying salt water on your feet. It has a drying effect, and even leaves a bit of salty or powdery residue behind. This should have been made VERY clear on the online product page. It IS clearly spelled out on an insert inside the product packaging once you've already purchased and received it. Also, even past the “feel”, I did not realize any of benefits I was hoping for - namely, improved sleep and reduced cramping in the feet and legs. Will not buy again.
Labeled oil but it is water? even send you a little explanatory card with it to say acrually its water. made my feet start peeling like crazy after only a couple uses while the oil i bought before never did that. im now worried about my feet ans returning.
