Bare Minerals Gen Nude Radiant Lipstick, Love 0.12 oz

I think this lipstick is the star of the new Gen Nude collection. They have a very "balm" like texture and feeling on the lips, yet pack a punch with a high and full colour. For me the application lasts a good few hours and I don't need to re-apply often through the day. I tend the apply, blot then apply again and that really helps with the longevity of it. I have shade LOVE which is a rose pink colour, its lovely; though I am not sure how this fits in a "Nude" collection... but still amazing. Will definitely purchase other shades.

I adore the texture of this lipstick, very hydrating and with a lightly glossy finish, yet the best feature of the lipsticks is the amazing colour range. While I've always struggled to find the right nude colour for my fair skin tone, often finding them too yellow or brown in colour to suit me and chucking them after a few wears. There are more than a few in this collection that really suit me. I've bought 'kitty' and 'honeypot' and I'm going to invest in a few others, these really are great colours with something available for every skin colour.

I'm an avid user of bareMinerals and was lucky to be selected to trial the new GEN Nude range. I was sent the radiant lipstick in "love" and am absolutely delighted with the colour choice. It is so light and luxurious and your lips act like a blotting paper and within minutes soak up the colour evenly leaving a lovely finish. I normally suffer with dry lips over the winter and in between lipstick applications use a Lip Balm but I haven't had to do that with this new product.

I really love this lipstick, it goes on like a balm which is a pro for me, but that means that the pigmentation isn't as long lasting as with other lipsticks. But it's so nice to apply I don't really mind! I have the colour Heaven which has a lovely subtle gold sheen to it. It reminds me of the old BM lipgloss Sugar Cookie which I adored. It also smells and tastes lovely, it reminds me of doughnuts but each to their own. Definitely going into my everyday heros

I'm 30 and have never worn lipstick (except on my wedding day) but Heaven is such a gorgeous colour I could wear it on a daily basis. It emphasises my natural lip colour. It feels conditioning, is easy to apply, and when it does wear off it's not noticeable like other colours would be!

I have always loved Bare Minerals lipsticks because of their moisturising quality. Unfortunately my daughters do too, so they disappear quite quickly in this household.

Just purchased this lipstick in Mantra and it is so soft and buttery. I love the Moxie formula but this new GEN NUDE texture is perfect for my lips during these winter months when they tend to get very dry and chapped. Just deciding which shade to buy next!

I have four of these lipsticks in the shades MANTRA ( a warm berry tone ) , HEAVeXOX ( a medium berry tone ) , HEAVEN ( a brownish mid tone nude ) and LOVE ( a coral rose tint...more coral than rose) .My least favourite is HEAVEN as I feel it just doesn't suit me...not pink enough for me. The texture of the lipstick is more like a lip balm, very moiturising and comfortable to wear . The lipstick is not very long lasting, but if used with a lipliner it prolongs the staying power of it. I like the texture of these lipsticks , but if you like a longer lasting , more pigmented lipstick these might not be for you. I would like to see some different shades intoduced as not everyone like nude , or even neutral shades. However I'm happy that I have them .

I got this lipstick for free off of Bare Minerals, and they asked at the time if I would be kind enough to write a review... I forgot and here we are a few months later or so. This product is honestly brilliant! I'm not usually a lipstick person but it goes on very smooth and because the colour is so natural (I have this in the shade "Heaven" and am quite a pale person) it just gives my lips a tiny bit extra definition. Love it! I will be buying again, probably in the same shade once this runs out!

I was buying another product and the assistant persuaded me to buy a lipstick. I love Moxie and expected it to be as good. It isn't. While Moxie is creamy, this is greasy. Moxie lasted well, but a coffee and biscuit takes this off. The coverage is uneven. I understand that there will always be new products, but I am so disappointed that I can no longer get a product I loved. Surely there is room for two lipstick ranges? I won't be buying this again.
