bareMinerals Nude Matte Liquid Lip, Weekend

Wow this liquid lip colour really surprised me, l have always loved the look of Matt but hate that dry feeling it often leaves. Not the case with this superb product from bareminerals, yet again they have worked their makeup magic. It glides on, and gives a beautiful intense colour, it's glamour in a tube, if you don't try it you're missing out on a truly lovely lip luxury.

Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Cookie... My new every day favourite. It's lovely and creamy and moisturising and I've been using it with the new Gen Nude Under Over Lip Liner and I love the look. I love a Matte lip colour during the day and this is perfect - subtle but just enough.

I bought two of thes a couple of months ago and I received my third one today. The shades I have are JUJU ( a rich berry tone) which I love, FRIENDSHIP ( a deep rosy brown shade) which is okay, maybe a touch too brown for me , but wearable, SWAG ( a dusty pink, medium toned nude) which I love and I think would suit most skin tones. The texture is creamy and non drying , very comfortable to wear, is not completely matte and therefore easier to wear than most matte lipsticks..it also is fairly long lasting..I'm happy with my purchases and would recommend to those who prefer not such a drying matte lipstick .

I've never used a liquid lipstick before and so I have nothing to compare these to, so this is how I found the product as a newbie. I always thought that these style of lipsticks looked very drying on the lips and so I've always steered clear previously. However I was drawn to the moisturising properties of the BM Liquid Lipcolours and decided to give them a try. The colours that I selected are really great; 'Wink' (a pale nude that works so well with a dab of lip balm on top for a touch of gloss) and 'Boss' (a more browny tone which I wear alone). I now absolutely love these liquid lipcolours as they are long lasting, natural with the most easy, wearable colours and they work so well with all of my other nude make-up. I can imagine many other colours in the range suiting me also, they are super wearable, moisturising and comfortable on my lips.

This is amazing. The formula is like nothing I have ever come across before. It's liquid but then turns to a dry, matt finish on your lips. I have shade Juju which is a lovely deep pink, slightly plum-like colour. It lasts for hours and hours and through meals before needing a little top up again. Highly recommended

This liquid lipstick impresses highly. Great colour payoff Juju is such a pretty colour. The applicator is so precise that you can perfectly line and fill your lips. This lipstick is so long lasting and best part of all of your other half hates transfer then they will love this product too. Highly recommended!! Great price too!

I usually rant about how much I love everything about bare minerals but this one isn't for me. Pros: Fantastic colour payoff, smells incredible (like a cake!#, lips felt nourished. Cons #for me): Definitely dried on, I prefer the sort of feeling balms/glosses give, rather than a dry lip feeling. Having said that, I'm not sure it's possible to have a matte colour and not have that feeling. I think if you're looking for a matte lipcolour, you can't go far wrong with this one.

I have this matte lipcolour in JUJU and Cookie. I absolutely love JUJU ive not stopped wearing it since getting it a few weeks ago, its an easy all day colour and is really flattering for my skin tone.. I will be getting another one soon. Whereas cookie colour I didn't feel looked as flattering in the matte colour. But the wear for these are amazing and they also nourish the lips.

I had cookie, it just did not look right on my older lips (60). But I gave it to my daughter (32) with medium foundation skin tone and WoW, modern, and just made her lips look better than anything else she has used.

I have always been wary of matte lip products as any I have tried previously have been very drying. Unfortunately this one was fairly similar. It didn't feel drying and went on smoothly which was a plus. But it did go flaky and patchy after an hour or so. I made sure that my lips had been lightly exfoliating and primed however this made no difference to the longevity of the product. The rest of the GEN NUDE products are fabulous but this one was not for me.
