Recently I began to have trouble with blemishes on my skin. My usual makeup simply wasn't concealing or helping solve the issue, so I decided to upgrade. I was unsure about the price of this product, but after it was applied in store I was absolutely sold! The coverage was amazing, and it barely felt like I was wearing makeup at all. The best part is that after a few weeks of using this foundation, my blemishes have cleared up a little and my skin feels great! Totally worth the money, and will be buying again.

I have sensitive, combination skin with mild rosacea and I've tried all sorts of liquid foundations which never worked. This doesn't irritate my skin, works wonders at hiding the redness and lasts ages (unlike classic liquid make up I had to reapply mid day). I use it with the Multi Tasking Concealer and my skin has never looked so good. Thank you Bare Minerals!!

I used to suffer from terrible acne but now it is all cleared up and i have been left with very bad scarring. I hated wearing thick foundation so much and feeling sticky and oily all the time. My friend told me to try using bare minerals foundation but I thought it would be no good because I didn't think it would cover up well enough but i was wrong! I went and tried it and i was so happy that i actually had tears! I had finally found something that made me look healthy and for the first time in years i actually felt good in myself. It covers up all my scars and dark under eyes better than anything i have ever used and i don't feel caked or oily or sticky at all, my skin feels so soft and natural, as if i am not wearing anything. I wish i could make everyone use it but i want to recommend everyone to try it because you make think it is just powder so it can't cover up well but it can cover up better than anything in the world without drying your skin or making it oily. This foundation is the best thing that has ever happened to me and has made me feel a billion times better about myself and i am so much more confident thanks to it!!! Everyone go and try it, you certainly won't regret it!!!!!!!

I've got combination skin, and I like the 'barely there' look, so this is perfect. It feels so light and lasts all day. I have a very active, outdoor job and this foundation stays on in all weathers. While my co workers are sweating, my skin looks the same as it did in the morning! Due to it being powder, there's no grease to cause breakouts and it isn't drying at all. I'm also amazed at how a tiny amount can give such good coverage too. I've been using it for about 2 years and have only purchased it a few times - it lasts that long! It's very easy to use too much at first, so make sure you buff it on loads and don't reload the brush. Would highly, highly recommend if you have dodgy skin and like a natural look!

I wanted to order Medium 10 but it has been out of stock so I called to check which colour to try instead and was advised to go lighter. I ordered light 9 which is totally different and darker due to the warm under tone. I think it works but took some time to get used to it. There are very few shops sticking BareMinerals to colour test.

Well, this is my first day using this product. I switched from using a matte mineral pressed powder because the shade wasn't quite light enough. The array of shades offered by BM is excellent. Unfortunaly, on the advice from the BM counter assistant but against my better judgment I opted for the Original version instead of the Matte. I've always preferred a matte finish unfortunately the original has a sheen to it. I guess to give that 'healthy glow' but it just makes me look clammy. Becuase of the sheen, it doesn't hide all the slight imperfections. It highlights them! The pores on my cheeks at the sides of my nose are more noticable as are very fine lines on my chin. Any slight bumps are also highlighted. The colour is excellent. Application was easy enough. I only used the tiniest amount of product and added a little more as i needed it. But unlike my previous product, BM looks more like i've just put on liquid foundation. Not the result I was looking for seeing as I really don't like wearing liquid foundation. I expected a lighter finish but still with great coverage. It's not really as natural a look as i'm used too from my other mineral powder. I used the primer first but didn't see any great improvement in my skin in terms of the look of pores reduced. I have other products which do a better job. Perhaps if you already have pefect skin the origianl foundation would work for you, I now don't know whether to try the matte version, It might be better suited to skin that has slight imperfections.

Why do you still have Golden Deep on your website saying you have run out when I have been told by staff on the phone that you have discontinued it? It would save a lot of leg work if you could keep your site up to date and inform staff in your boutiques when you discontinue a shade. Also, it would give your customers time to find a new shade before they run out. Lastly, telling the customer to just wear the next lightest or darkest shade either side is not helpful. People with darker skin have just as many undertones as anyone else.

What has happened to the fair shade?! I haven't used Bareminerals in quite a while but decided to try the foundation again and was dismayed to discover that the fair shade is now very dark, I couldn't use it as a foundation but as a bronzer it would be fine! Please bring back the original colour, this is not a fair shade anymore, so disappointed.

So I started using this at the end of feb and by the middle of March my skin was so bad! I hadn't changed any other cleanser routine, just my make up! I've only just found something that has started to clear them up but I've been left with some scars, I'm hoping that these will slowly start to clear up and fade!

After reading all the glowing reviews I was really looking forward to receiving my starter kit with fairly light shade. Firstly, I am quite good with my skincare and always cleanse, tone and moisturise and exfoliate a few times per week too. This foundation went on very patchy on the first application and on my nose in particular it was very patchy and left it looking shiny and patchy at the same time. I did follow the application advice to the letter so I don't think that was the problem. I did persevere a few times and I managed to apply it ok after some practice but once it had been on for a little while, it again went patchy. Also unfortunately it didn't help that the colour I purchased was too light for me so my 7 year old daughter couldn't stop telling me how I looked like a ghost on the last occasion I wore it. Feel I wasted £50 with this product. So disappointed, was hoping to find a good replacement for my last foundation that has recently discontinued.
