This fixed my boots that are well broken in. Just make sure you clean the soles and the bonding surfaces, wait for the recommended time, and stick together.

This stuff is awesome. VERY strong bond, if directions are followed. I fixed shoes that could never be fixed with shoe Goop or other consumer products. This is a professional grade adhesive. You apply it to both surfaces, let it dry for 5-30 mins, and when you put the parts together, they start fusing together. Clamp or hold it tight, and the bond gets stronger and stronger. In a day or two the shoes are as strong as when they were bought. Impressive stuff

This was very easy to use and fixed my problem with the soles peeling off an expressive pair of boots. I was impressed with how well, and quickly it worked, and how it stayed in place after wearing them in cold weather. This is an excellent alternative as a DIY for shoe fixes to save you money! I would recommend having some other disposable brushes to use for your project if you are working on areas that need a smaller precision brush.

Barge is very useful to me for leatherwork. I'm glad you carry it. I find the Walmart receipts don't contain enough information about the item bought. I'm not talking about online orders, but about the receipts from the store. I bring them home and may not get around to entering them in my accounting system right away. Then, a few days or weeks later, I just can't figure out what I bought. That's frustrating. I would really appreciate it if Walmart would put the product purchased on the receipt, in plain language, not just store code.

Comes with brush attached to lid, nice size can- should last a lifetime for general repair usage. That said, if you need to glue in a small space (i.e. re-gluing the lifting parts of the soles of my Uggs back on) then I'd recommend getting some thin style brushes to use so it isn't so messy %26 tight areas can be reached. The glue has held wonderfully though- I put some on, applied pressure %26 clamped it overnight %26 I've had no issues with it lifting.

Walmart shipped Barge Cement, a flammable, hazardous material in a paper bag, rather than a box, and it got damaged, so now, it doesn't do me much good!...Now they say they can only refund me if I return it to one of their stores, which is almost 40 miles away, because I can't SHIP a damaged flammable,hazardous material back to them!....SO I either make an 80 mile round trip, or lose the $60 I paid for the adhesives!.....I've been buying this product from other suppliers for over 20 years and NEVER had it shipped in a paper bag before buying it from Walmart!...Step up and do better!

Shipper just threw product in a box without packing material. So naturally it got crushed and glue spilled out. Never got a chance to use, just returning it. Can't recommend until shipper learns how to pack a shipment.

I never received it. Never again wasting my time ordering from Walmart.com
