Barge Cement Thinner

This thinner works just as advertised. Thins cement if it gets too thick from age. Also useful for removing residue of old cement. Take care and use in a well-ventilated area. Great price and fast shipping on this item.

I have used Barge cement for years, and was glad to find the thinner at Walmart for a very reasonable price. It was delivered quickly, and I will be using it for a long time.

found a can of barge's all purpose cement that someone was throwing out, it was pretty thick so I ordered barge's cement thinner. I followed the directions adding a teaspoon at a time, all together it took close to 3/4 cup to get it thinned enough to spread on some leather sandals I was making, it worked fantastic. There was only less than half the can of cement when I started adding the thinner, my advice to you if yours is thick is to not be afraid to add more than a teaspoon at a time, I would use a glass measuring cup and start with a quarter cup adding slowly but up to you. The product is good and does what it should.

I bought this to thin out some very gooey Barge cement and it worked out nicely and made the cement usable again.

This is some rockin glue when paired with leather or canvas. Really holds well.

Packaging was good but cap was loose leaking some solvent. Could smell solvent when opening packaging
