Bari Life Just One Multivitamin with Iron Chewable - Mixed Berry Size: 30-Count

I love that this multivitamin has all the nutrients I need after gastric sleeve surgery in just one tablet. The taste is not bad considering the quarter size of the tablet. I haven't tried other brands, but considering the price, taste, and nutrients...it's my go-to.

I LIKE THE TASTE OF THE CHEWABLE VITAMINS. THEY DON'T TASTE LIKE CHALK THE WAY SOME VITAMINS DO. I HAVE A HARD TIME SWALLOWING AND ARE USING THE PATCHES BUT THIS COMBINATION OF VITAMINS IS MORE SO I DON'T HAVE TO DO MULTIPLE PATCHES.

When I initially ordered these they were an acquired taste to me, but then I got over that and now i think they are the best.

The multivitamins were a lot bigger than I expected. About the size of a quarter. They are “chewable “ which makes it a little better. A very chalky flavor with a slight sweetness. I will be ok with taking these until the bottle runs out, but then I will go back to Barimelts.

I like that I can break them in half. They are about the size of a quarter. Sour at first with a flinstone vitamin taste after. Not to bad.

I really like that it's only 1 a day. However, I'm not a fan of the taste. They were much harder then my previous brand which surprised me but it's fine. I still have a hard time getting them down. I have to take with plenty of water and concentrate quite hard not to gag or puke. I have a bad gag reflex though so don't use my experience too much for what to expect for yourself. Hoping I get approved for capsules at my next appointment. If not I'll buy these again.

meh, not my favorite. Its a one a day kinda thing and has the iron in it.... Does the work, but the taste and is not something i love.

Unpopular review! Based on the feedback I was receiving from everyone about these is what made me purchase. Although, the taste was unbearable I still managed to take one per day because it beat taking multiple vitamins. I was super excited. Butttttt…. This didn’t turn out well. I took them the first day they arrived for 4 days straight but then I started to get headaches, nausea and weakness as if I wasn’t getting all the supplements I was suppose to. My blood pressure even went high during my check up. I couldn’t figure out what was going on but I recalled that I changed my multivitamins 4 days ago and for 4 days straight I been feeling horrible ! So I shared this with my provider and he made me switch back to my original Multivitamins (BariMeltz) and B1 (Thiamine) and all my strength came back. No nausea, no weakness and no headaches. It’s like a bright light clicked on inside my body. I don’t know if the nutritional facts was a lie and it’s missing something but I felt horrible as if my body wasn’t getting everything it needed. I even did lab work and it was not good. It saddens me because I really loved the one day thing. I hate taking multiple vitamins but if these make me feel like this I rather be safe than sorry and take the multiple. Please check your labs and pay attention to your body. My mood was even down taking these. Everyone is different but always listen to your body! Back to BariMelts I go!
