This formula is by far the best and most complete on the market. The only necessary vitamin to add is calcium. As told to me by my program’s nutritionist. She says for maximum absorption to take the calcium separately from the multiple vitamins. Excellent product and great customer service.

I love these vitamins!!! I recently had gastric bypass surgery, my surgeon had me on chewable vitamins that were atrocious!!!!! I'm finally 6 weeks out from surgery and allowed to take my vitamins in a capsule. These are great they don't upset my tummy, I know I'm getting everything I need and it's just so nice to be able to swallow them and be done!!!!

My surgeon swears by this brand and so I've used them exclusively since my surgery. All I can say is, you have to take vitamins after your surgery anyway so there's no escaping it, so I like these because they don't taste disgusting. Bariatric Advantage makes another multi where you only have to take 3 per day, but they're huge (not a problem for me) if that's a problem for you and the worst part is that they smell and taste so gross I just could not deal with swallowing them. It was all I could do to make it through the bottle. So these are smaller and you have to take 6 of them per day. But they don't smell or taste vile, so I wouldn't care if I had to take 12 every day because it's worth it.

Bariatric Advantage Ultra Multi-Formula (Capsules) - Without Iron I like these vitamins because they are easy to swallow and they give me the nutrients that I need. I prefer to take the non iron because then I can take my calcium supplement with them. Iron and calcium need to be taken 2 hours apart for absorption, so I take my multi vitamin and calcium together 3 times a day an then my iron supplement 1 time.

These were recommended by my doctor to be sure I’m absorbing all the vitamins I need after gastric sleeve surgery. I did chewables at first, but I’m 2 years out now and these capsules provide all the nutrients I need in a formula that’s easy on my new tummy. My blood work is great so I think they are working!

I was told that it was auto refill. I don’t know if I forgot and just don’t remember. I am just about out and when I return from vacation I need to remember to order or I will run out again. This is the best for vitamins because of the increase of my energy level.

In recent bloodwork I noticed my iron levels have been a little elevated, so I wanted to start taking a multi that didn't have iron in it; for the price this was a great deal. The pills are a little on the big side, but, that doesn't bother me - just to let potential buyers know.
