These vitamins have a good taste, not tart or sour like others. There is a low dose of niacin in each, so there is not niacin flush. I have purchased this brand several times. They are my favorite bariatric vitamin.
These are good products, but my mistake was thinking this was a 2 month supply. You have to take 4 tablets a day. Not good if you're on the run as much as I am.
they're they're just so big and you have to take four a day and they taste a little vitamin e I just wanted something that was a little different
