Bariatric Patient Restaurant Special Menu Request Card 2.0 Size: 5 Pack

I have two of these and I carry one in my work Bag & one in my rev purse and most restaurants will allow you to order the kids menu options / prices / portions if you show them this card & it's soo price affordable as we don't eat that much.and get charged for full meals & I can't usually reheat leftovers or I get a upset stomach as I'm out 17 years from my gastric bypass

I have a card given to me from my doctor but this card gives me a security that restaurant should accept this card for us patient that have had a stomach reduction

This is helpful to have when you go out so that you can order off the kids menus. I don't like ordering a regular meal if they have a kids portion because the chances of me eating all of the left overs is slim so why waste the money.

An official looking card to keep in your wallet. If a restaurant doesn't want to serve you off the children's or senior menu, this should help. Fortunately, have not needed it yet.

I haven't tried using my bariatric meal card at the restaurant yet but I know it's going to come in handy.
