This shake is creamy, yummy and convenient. At just 100 calories, it's a perfect afternoon pick-me-up so I don't find myself reaching into the chip bag or candy dish. It takes the "curb" off and I can make it through the rest of the work day without feeling hungry.

Nothing to get excited about, just a chocolate shake.

The flavor of this shake is a a great combination of chocolate and peanut butter. The biggest issue is that it has the typical protein drink grainy texture, which I find unpleasant. I don't know whether or not I'd buy again. If it came as a tub, I'd probably try it mixed with milk, ice, and fruit to mask the texture.

The bottle shake up method is more convenient than mixing in my blender, BUT not all of the powder gets mixed into the water by shaking which detracts from the texture of this product.
