BariatricPal 15g Protein Soup - Variety Pack Size: 1-Pack

Value - Great deal for your money. I really enjoyed the variety. Great for pre-op, clear liquids (the broth) and post-op! I even reduced the soup (essentially making a gravy) to put over mashed potatoes during my full liquids phase! Performance - Filling and flavorful. Low calorie AND high protein?! Yes please! Ease of Use - The variety of this mix is crucial when you may be repeating your diet during pre-op/post-op and everyone can find something that they want here. With a quick boil of water and easy to mix powder, I will be returning to this soup for quick meals and flavorful forays on cold nights. So whether you need this on either side of an operation or you just need a wholesome soup with high protein, this is the brand to buy! Features - Choosing the variety pack lets you 'try before you buy' which is great when your tastebuds are changing after surgery. Criticism - The only criticism may be that it would be nice to be able to buy a bigger variety pack and have a couple of each soup! Essentially, my criticism is that I need MORE SOUP! I can't get enough. Overall - When you need or want soup, you want something that warms you up and provides a consistent balance to your daily macros . . . Surprise. You don't need to look further than this. Can't praise it enough. My favorites are the cream of broccoli and cream of tomato!

I purchased this variety pack to keep at my desk at work. I work with people across time zones and often have to take meetings during my normal lunch hour. These soups are quick to make, delicious, and very filling due to the high protein content. I would definitely recommend them.

These soups have been perfect for my post op bariatric Sleeve surgery and I loved being able to get the variety pack first to see which ones I really liked the most. I have 3 more left to try out of 7. So far, I like 2/4. Nothing wrong with them, just not my favorite.

I was struggling towards the end of my two week post op liquid diet for VSG, and when I found these, ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER. I recommend the tomato soup flavor (tastes like tomato soup and bread in one), as well as the cheddar bacon (definitely my second favorite). 10/10

I recently received my variety pack of protein soups. I have to say I was very impressed with the taste and quality of the soups I've tried so far. I have tried the chicken bouillon the tomato bouillon and the cream of chicken. They are easy to mix with hot water and easy to pack and bring with you. I definitely would recommend them as they are a nice change from protein drinks which can tend to be sweet. It is very nice to have something savory with protein for a change. I will definitely be getting these again.

This package of soups really helped me get through the liquid diet phase after my surgery. The variety is nice, they are filling, and they help satisfy that need for savory tastes after drinking sweet protein shakes day after day. I really liked the chicken noodle and cream of vegetable flavors, but all the flavors are good.

I am so happy with these soups. They taste good and are easy to make and carry with me. I can go anywhere and get hot water and I have soup! A nice and welcome change to protein shakes without the weird protein powder taste I get when I add powder to canned soups. Only draw back is the tiny "chunks" in some of the soups like broccoli and chicken. I strain those out.

Was thrilled to find these soups during my post-op liquid phase. I really wanted savory liquids, and these soups fit the bill and gave me variety (though my doc prohibits tomato soup, so I couldn’t eat two of them). The flavor was good, but could’ve been just a bit deeper...but even so, would definitely recommend these, and get them again!

My products arrived quickly. Since my surgery, I've had a hard time with getting enough protein in each day; which is why I purchased this variety soup pack. Although I didn't like the protein soup, its not the products fault - the problem was the texture not the taste. I would recommend giving it a try since the price is so low.

VERY gritty. The taste is tolerable but there’s so much grittiness that it changes the color of the soup. Like the tomato soup is like a pink color because there’s all of these specks floating around in it. I guess that’s just what you have to endure to get something with protein in it
