Love this flavor. A favorite. I add water and ice and sip as my water at the gym. It's that boost when you have spent all your energy. Very good. But shake this product.

Overall it's a good protein shot and a good size. Some protein shots are rather larger but this one was the perfect size. The lemonade left an aftertaste that I didn't care for but the others were fine. If you are looking for a way to get a quick bit of protein in these are the way to go. Just make sure you drink water after to help it go down.

This may not apply to a lot of people here, but I loathe sweeteners of any kind, except cane sugar. This product contains so much sweetener, it was sickeningly sweet. Just a light drop to take away any bitterness would be fine with me. I wish this didn't use so much sweetener. It's a good product if you can stand the sweetness.
