BariatricPal High Protein Light Entree - Vegan Lentil Curry Size: 6-Pack

I purchased this product as I am a diabetic and the nutritional stats are perfect for me. I was a little worried when I opened the powder packet to make the curry. However, in the microwave, the product thickens. The end result is a nicely spiced curry but not overly hot that has some thickness and texture to it. I found the curry to be both tasty and filling - even with just 6 oz of water in it! I will continue to buy this product as it makes a quick, easy, healthy meal option.

I have to admit I haven't loved all of the specialty Bariatric Food. I find some of it quite bland. But this, this I love! It is rich and flavorful. It has a strong Indian curry flavor. It needed salt, but so does most bariatric food (to my taste anyway). If you like Indian flavors, I definitely recomend this!

I love Indian food, but being only 1 month out from surgery, I haven’t had it. It was spicier than expected, but it tastes so good. It was amazing on its own, but I also added some Palmini Rice and chopped chicken to get a heartier meal that was split into 2 meals. Even my partner loved how good the house smelled after I made it and she is not a curry lover.

This is the second soup selection I've purchased. I loved the chili and this one, the vegan lentil curry, is a winner as well! I will definitely purchase again.

Honestly tastes just lucky curry. My only wish was it had more lentils, but the flavor is really good. It’s filling and satisifies that craving I had for lentil soup - but with less calories and more protein!

Another great vegan option. Tastes a little bitter but hot sauce cures that. It’s a very light meal that can be rounded out with some potatoes or cauliflower rice if needed. Great food.

I like the flavor but was a little hesitant to try it at first. This is a product I will purchase more of. I'm not to fond of lentils but I really enjoyed this.

I like the flavor enough that I have reordered. Strong Curry flavor which I like. I do add a little more seasonings like garlic to it and top with a teaspoon of plain yogurt. Yum

Somewhat spicy with a nice texture. This soup is good for when I'm craving something spicy or chewy. It fills me up for about 2.5 hours. It has a very unique flavor.

I bought this based on all the good reviews but I couldn't stand it. It tastes like someone who hasn't had curry before, made it. Just dumped a bunch of yellow curry powder in and called it good. Mine was also super gritty. We tried twice to see if we could mix it well enough that it wasn't gritty but even when it was completely incorporated in, it was gritty. The lentils also had a weird sour taste. I don't know if I got a bad batch but this was a waste on money.
