BariatricPal High Protein Meal Replacement Soup - Bacon and Cheddar Size: 1-Pack

I was searching for a soup that didn't taste horrible and make me gag during my Liquid pre-op diet and this one was amazing! I actually crave it! Reminds me of a Loaded Baked potato soup. I really needed this... all my shakes and liquids are so sweet, I needed that salty balance!

This stuff s FANTASTIC! I occasionally do the pouch reset and really get sick of sweet quickly because of all of the shakes. I ordered this to mix it up and it is really very tasty! It mixes well, has great flavor, and lots of protein. Excellent pick I’ll be ordering again!

Wonderfully thick n creamy soup with great flavor, I think I even picked up hints of broccoli, unless that was just wishful thinking, lol. I cooked it in a mug for easier eating and because I'm on soft diet, had to strain the bacon bits. I followed directions, lol, my microwave is new and cooks high, lol had a mess the first time, be sure to time cook it a little at a time. I'd recommend this to anyone! <3

Well I bought the items for my Gf because she wanted something diff after her surgery. She is doing great with her weight loss and could not be more happy for her and this High Protein meal Thanks for having items like this for people in need of something different in Life.

I rarely ever write reviews of food products but felt compelled to do so about this soup. It is very good! I recently had weight loss surgery (Loop DS) and am at a full liquid diet. After straining soup it was perfect and filling. Lots of flavor. I ordered more! Very happy!

I had this soup for lunch today, it was pretty tasty. I was not expecting the bacon bits, which was a surprise. The taste of the cheddar was mild and the texture was thick, not sure if I mixed it enough, but I like a thicker soup. I definitely was full and left satisfied

This soup mix is very tasty! It mixes very well and it's filling and very satisfying. The first thing I do is I grab a wire strainer to get rid of as much of the soy protein imitation bacon bits as I can because I don't like the taste of them. I replace them with 1 tablespoon of real bacon bits. I mix it with boiling hot water from my electric kettle. I make a paste and gradually add water to thin it out. This step is not necessary but it's something I like to do. This whole process takes less than four minutes. I don't usually microwave mine since I use an electric kettle but you can definitely put it in the microwave for the minute and a half that the directions calls for. I took one star off for the value. I think it's a little bit pricey just for 7 servings and sometimes I eat 2 packets in one day.

I really enjoyed these. The only issue I've had is that it can be a little hard to mix it up so that there's no clumps. The taste is great and the bacon tastes like bacon bits, which I liked. I'd buy them again if needed. They've been really helpful to hit my protein goals.

This product is okay, it's got a very bacony flavor, the consistency is a little on the chalkier side for me, but it still tastes good. Add a little salt and pepper and blend it in a blender as opposed to just mixing it and it gets rid of the chalkiness.

I love almost all of the other soups. This one just wasn’t on the list of favorites. I wouldn’t reorder again. It’s okay though. I’ll probably keep them in my desk at work just in case I forget lunch at home one day. The broccoli cheddar and the tomato soup are awesome though!
