Really hits the spot!
This takes care of my night time cravings and helps me get my protein goal in too! I even add a 1/4 cup of fresh berries for an added kick of nutrition.

The blueberry mug mix is so delicious!! If you love blueberry muffins, but don't love all the carbs, please try this. Super easy, nice breakfast treat, smooth texture, delicious taste!!!

Cake on my birthday 🍰
So after gastric bypass 11 years ago, I was told I never could eat cake again. THIS PRODUCT CHANGED MY LIFE!!! I was able to eat cake again and enjoy it without the sugar or flour! Totally loved it

The flavor for me was
The flavor for me was pretty sweet but its a little dense. I would not use a mug but a cup instead. It doesn't rise but so high in the first place & I ate it as a dessert.

Curbs unhealthy sweet cravings
Not really muffin or cake texture, more like very dense moist sponge cake like. It works for a healthy high protein sweet treat with no sugar. I like it, it’s worth a try.

Nice Breakfast Option
I like this high protein breakfast option that isn't plain yogurt and gets to bring back a great tasting muffin. I did find it a tad sweet but probably because I have eaten anything particularly sweet in over a year.

Not great
These are not good. They smell weird, the texture is off, and they taste horrid. I took one bite, spit it out, and threw the box away. Do yourself a favor and skip these. The chocolate ones are delicious though!
