I truly love these chocolate caramel mug cake packets. I have learned to make a pumpkin spice bread with them and I make it almost every day. I look forward to enjoying it every morning! It is satisfying and allows me to get a bit of my favorite flavors all together in an enjoyable treat! I would have added a beautiful photo, but just finished it off! So delicious! Great product!

My wife and I have been using IP Chocolate Carmel Mug Cake and a protein shake mix to make breakfast waffles for two years. BariatricPal High Protein Mug Cake is an excellent, much more easily available alternative!

This is delicious. It fills the need when you need something sweet, but to still stay within your diet guidelines

This is an okay product. Very dense sponge not airy or fluffy. Taste is good not excellent. Don't know if I will re order. Flavor is as described, its tastes like chocolate and caramel.

My favorite cake mix is the gingerbread. It comes with individual containers that allow you to mix product and bake in the oven. The chocolate caramel mug cake only allows a microwave option to prepare the product. Have made three attempts to prepare the cake and it has not come out good yet. Either under baked, over baked, and taste is not great. I will not purchase this again

I did not like the consistency of this

This is terrible. The maple flavor is very strong, which is good, but it does not cover an unpleasantly funky scent and flavor. I've tried cooking it the 30s, and a little more, and both ways are pretty bad, though overcooking is worse, and I wasn't able to take more than a bite either time. The hot cocoa is much much better. Maybe this could be an ingredient in something else like oatmeal or waffles, but for me, and the two others who tried, this just isn't salvagable.
