BariatricPal Hot Chocolate Protein Drink - Amaretto Size: 1-Pack

This is perfect. Beyond words perfect. Nice and balanced Amaretto flavoring for a nice 8oz mug of hot water. Enough chocolate to satisfy and enough amaretto flavoring to make it different. It was awesome on the cold morning I tried it and it's now my once in a while dessert.

I love this flavor. As with all of the hot drinks and soups, there is a bit of a problem with clumping so that the product doesn't dissolve completely into the water that is added, but I find that It doesn't bother me much. I highly recommend all of the hot chocolate variations - this is one item that you should find the closest tasting to "regular" hot chocolate, and so it won't feel like a chore to drink it.

This stuff is too good to believe that it has such good nutrition. It tastes just as good as any store bought brand to me and has much better nutrition. This is my 3rd order of the various protein hot chocolates on this site. The first was a sampler, then some of the marshmallow as a add-on to a friend's order, the last being a box of the cinnamon, amaretto, mint, and irish cream. They are all GREAT!

Oh my goodness!! This is So good! You can actually use hot water (not boiling) and it actually incorporates not clumps up. It is rich and creamy and none of that protein taste at all. What a great treat and a great way to end the day to get in my last bit of protein. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

This is fancy café good!!! I use it for my morning snack. With our weather getting cold it's perfect. It doesn't taste sugar free, even though it is. It's rich, creamy, and full of so much flavor it's surprising. I love how filling it is, and that it helps me meet my protein goals.

My second order of this flavor of hot cocoa. Its still delicious! Will definitely continue to buy it! I also love that you can put water from the kettle to mix with this and it doesn't clump up.

Amaretto is my favorite flavor out of all the protein hot chocolates. Also, low carbs! I have one almost every night as my sweet treat! Plus I’m getting that protein in!!

This hot chocolate flavor is so delicious I forget I'm being good! The aroma itself is indulgent! It's perfect for a bedtime snack and it has the protein I need! Score!

The only reason I didn't give 5* is because this stuff is totally overpriced. BUT it is SO good and adds variety for me to get my daily protein in. I like to mix mine with a serving of carb master vanilla non-fat milk for another 10g of protein (this milk only has 6g of carb per serving and 60 calories). I got the mint, amaretto, classic hot chocolate, hot chocolate with marshmallows, and mint. All are delicious! The mint isn't overpowering, the amaretto has a nice flavor, and the others taste like classic hot chocolates.

I really like the bariatricpal brand hot chocolate flavors. Amaretto is a good one though, its not one of my favorites. It's good for a change of pace and packed with protein! No yucky protein aftertaste. I very much enjoy these.
