BariatricPal Hot Protein Breakfast - Blueberry Pancake Mix Size: 1-Pack

Although I am not a weight loss surgery patient I enjoy the bariatric products! I like knowing that I’m ingesting higher protein quantities and don’t feel guilty as the carbohydrates are also relatively low. The pancakes are yummy for breakfast or dinner with some Greek yogurt or low fat peanut butter! One is more than ample for a meal and the batter can also be spiced up with a scoop of protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla.

When I first poured the envelope into the bowl, my first thought was that I would have to make two of them. One was definitely enough for me. I could barley finish it. It had a great blueberry taste. The texture was fine, but a little bit heavy. It made a nice thick pancake, and I was satisfied until lunch.

These blueberry pancakes are wonderful. I use mine and mix with Fairlife or fat free milk. I make 4 medallion size pancakes, add a turkey sausage patty with a little sugar free syrup. Tastes a lot like the McDonalds McGriddles. Plus a bonus of two meals out of one pkg. AWESOME! This way I get my protein in with no aftertaste!

I actually love the blueberry pancakes. I make and eat mine when I make them for my husband and I don't feel deprived at all! I will be ordering more!

They are pretty expensive for one package=one pancake, but to be healthy, you have to PAY the price! So to get a better option of healthy for a pancake i will continue to buy these-Even my husband enjoyed them!

I love the taste and the servicing size help me keep on track with my weight loss. will buy again. better with the pancake sauce form this site.

These are not bad. Like most protein pancakes, they have a tougher texture than regular pancakes and not as fluffy. Which is to be expected. The flavor isn't bad either, but the blueberries don't come through as much as I would like. The most important thing with these is cook them nice and slow on low heat. This helps with that tougher texture. Overall, they keep me full and its a quick pancake fix when I need it.

I need to have variety.. Bruh I hate 40 calorie bread now with a passion and this was it. "Lean on me when you are not strong and I will be your friend, I'll help you cry on'. - Blueberry pancakes (if they could talk)

Blueberry taste was great. The texture was like card board. Sent it back for a credit which I'm still waiting for

I love blueberry pancakes and was so excited to see that I could still enjoy what I loved so much... boy was I wrong! I made a packet, it smelled good, but when I cooked them, they stuck to the pan and were so tough I couldn’t even bite through the pancake!
