BariatricPal Hot Protein Breakfast - Golden Delicious Pancake Mix Size: 1-Pack

I absolutely love these pancakes! I am tempted not to speak so highly since I do not everyone else buying them all up on me! With a pat of butter and some Walden Farms Sugar Free Syrup they are an absolute delight! And, surprisingly, one pancake (one pancake per individual pouch) is surprisingly filling. I have been eating these for about 6 months and have a pancake for breakfast with a cup of green tea almost every single morning. And you know what? I never ever grow tired of them - not for a second. To me, this is the Rolls Royce of products sold here. I love them! Unconditionally recommended!

I am a pancake lover. Since my surgery I have tried to find something that I can eat that tastes like a pancake. After trying many recipes and brands, I have found that this brand comes closest to an actual pancake taste like you would get by having an actual pancake at a restaurant. I currently use the Walden farms pancake syrup with these pancakes and it fixes my desire for a pancake.

I have tried several protein pancake mixes, and this one ranks among the top for protein pancakes. This pouch is easy to blend with water and cooks up nicely in the pan. It is a convenient one pancake pouch and it is filling. The texture is just a little rubbery, but it does cook up well. Mixes well with cinnamon and vanilla.

I must say, I was skeptical of how a weight loss surgery product could possibly duplicate the delectable flapjacks I fondly remember from my childhood. However, as I mixed the batter and dropped the mixture excitedly on the griddle, I could see the formation of my beloved, time-honored breakfast treat taking shape! Golden and sweetly scented, the pancakes delighted me with their taste, non-floury texture and lightness. I was happily transported back to my youth! Can't wait for my next supply

Since having surgery, I have been eating the FlapJack protein pancakes. They are higher in calories and carb than I would like, so they mostly were eaten on occasion. I found these and decided to give them a try! For how low they are in almost everything, they are super tasty! I will definitely be buying these again!

I wrote a review for both Pancake Mix’s, Chocolate Chip and Golden Delicious previously but I would like to say how excited I was to find Bariatric Pal store. I can now shop and find food that I can not find in regular stores that cater to my bariatric needs! I am new to the store and purchased the two pancake mix’s to try and really liked them both. They are high in protein, low in carbs, come in individual packs and are so easy to mix just add water to the mix and there you go! I love it!

I have missed having pancakes since surgery. These definitely help with the cravings and they taste very good. I do put a little bit of sugar free syrup on them and I get to enjoy my favorite breakfast treat again, just without the excess calories and plenty of protein.

Hot Protein pancakes are a quick go to when you want pancakes. I make a packet of them and have a cup of High Protein Hot Chocolate and it gives me 30 grams of protein and the right punch for my morning breakfast. I have enough energy to carry me 4-5 hours until lunch. As a person trying to avoid diabetes this is a crucial food supplement for my health.
