They always cook perfectly. If you follow the instructions. i used to be them for all the meals that I require elbow macaroni, such as macaroni and cheese and other meals that I cook for my family. they always cook up correctly and are never soft.If you follow the instructions and I often will take them and put them in the oven for additional cooking. And it always turns out great.
Barilla Elbow Pasta is unsurpassed! I wouldn't dream of using a different pasta for my macaroni salad. The tiny groves hold the dressing perfectly, the pasta stays springy and never falls apart. I'm well known for my macaroni salad. My friends, neighbors and family love it!
These are my go to macaroni noodles. I use those and pasta salad or certain soups. They cook perfectly and they're very delicious. I grew up on another brand but these just have a little bit better flavor to me. These are my go to noodles. I highly recommend Barilla noodles and pasta. I heard that on Spotify if you pick the noodle and ask them to play the song to go with the noodle by the time, the song is over, the noodles are done. I am going to try it to see if it's on there. I saw a commercial for it not that long ago so it'd be interesting to try. I just have to download Spotify. I use a different music streaming app.
I originally grabbed it thinking it wouldn't be much different from the cheap store brand, but I was wrong. The little ridges on the noodles actually grab onto the cheese sauce instead of letting it slide off. It makes my macaroni and cheese dish way heartier and more flavorful. Definitely not just your average elbow macaroni!
The only elbow macaroni I'll use ! Something about the way these elbow macaroni's ribbed design makes everything about each dish better- the sauce , cheese, gravy - whatever you're using, just sticks ! Always a go-to for me !
I noticed that these pasta products of elbow and thin spaghetti might be a little bit more money but they're by far better and they take less time to cook
Back in the day there used to be other pastas available to purchase, but not it seems Barilla is all there is. They're okay, I mean their edible and all, the flavor is okay - but if that is all that you have to choose from - what can you say really?
The best pasta! It cooks up fast and is always delicious! It makes a great side if you cook it until tender and toss it in with butter . Then put it in a frying pan to crisp it up . I also love to use the elbows to make tuna macaroni salad.
Barilla pasta is the only brand I use! the elbows are a bit of a twist they make your pasta salads, casserole, gives it that special finish! Barilla is the best dry pasta any style on the market, the only one we use in my home!
I have been eating Barilla pasta all my life. I have been cooking it for 35 years. My mom always told me to buy this brand because it was one of the best pastas out there. Not Anymore! I do not know what they have done to their pasta recipe, but now the pasta always glops together! My mom always told me that is a clear sign of cheap, poorly made pasta! Now we have to buy their protein pasta just so it won't glop together! This is no longer the great pasta it used to be! So sad!
