When half your family is gluten free and you don't want frozen lasagna, this is the only option that is good every time. Pricey like all gluten free options but very good

I have to eat gluten free for medical reasons and it was very hard being an Italian-American who grew up eating pasta almost every day. Barilla is by far my favorite gluten-free pasta brand because the texture is so similar to regular pasta. I missed being able to eat al dente pasta, but Barilla is great. It's even good for cold dishes like pasta salad. It has become very hard to find the gluten-free lasagna anywhere as most stores near me don't carry it now, and when they do they allow very limited quantities. I also wish the line could be expanded to include all the different shapes--or at least replace your ziti with rigatoni. Thanks for a great product!

I was shocked, after reading the reviews I wanted to try it anyway. It is VERY similar to regular lasagna sheets. For everyone who's saying that the sheets aren't “oven ready” or they're hard—it's you. You got to cook them right. All noodles need some form of liquid to cook in to help absorb. Make sure you don't build your lasagna dry as a bone and make sure to let it cook long enough in the oven. It's literal perfection.

I used the Barilla Gluten Free Lasagna with my regular recipe and it turned out fantastic! I always add a little extra liquid to the sauce when I don't cook the pasta ahead of time, and it was perfectly baked all the way through. Thanks, Barilla, for making Lasagna possible for those of us who have Celiac disease & absolutely must eat gluten-free!

It's nice that I can buy this type of pasta gluten free. You just have to cook it longer than regular pasta 👍

Items were shipped in a bag and of course the boxes and some of the pasta were crushed on delivery. If only they used a box this could have been prevented, very disappointing.

I received this today and it appears that my product was shipped from a second hand geocery store or a scratch and dent food store as the itembwas open on all 4 corners. It seems it was shipped that way. sorry, but I won't eat food that has been opened.

This the first time using anything gluten free and I l don't know if that is why it was had or I can't think of any other reason why it burned and was so hard. I had put plenty of sauce on top so that would not happen, but the top was not edible and the other layers beneath were still had. Will not buy that again

Being a celiac patient, I desire gluten free pasta…. The Barilla lasagna noodles have no texture and are always hard after cooking. I have tried pre soaking them before lasagna prep but to no avail remain tasteless
