This has been our choice for over 30 years. The nutrition in this high quality barley grass gave me back my hair after having 3 kids in 3 years and only weighing 99 pounds. My husband also got thicker hair. I don't know how except it is full of fiber and polypeptides.

I have used this excellent food supplement for a good many years. This brand in particular has been consistent in it's freshness due to it's manufacturing process & glass container. These tablets give me energy along with the many benefits of barley grass that's harvested during it's peak. Like other whole food tablets of this kind they are not coated but smooth enough to swallow OK.

I take three of these with meals, along with three alfalfa tabs and three spirulina tabs. It's an easy way to get your greens, and it seems to help digestion, too. This product basically provides the same benefits as their wheat grass, so they are essentially interchangeable. I appreciate the glass bottle that Pines uses – it's a cleaner way to provide supplements.

I love Pines brand products and at Swanson's price makes it better.

I have no doubt this is excellent for me, heard of it from a good source. But they are hard to swallow cause they are so dry and you have to swallow seven at a time.

pills are very ridged not smooth .very ruff to swallow. feels like throat is being scratched all the way down
