We used to buy great Almond Meal from Trader Joe's, which is no longer available at their stores. We have tried several brands of other almond meal that didn't even come close to the great flavor we were used to. Finally, we found the Barney Almond Meal. We brush melted coconut oil on skinless boneless chicken breasts and sprinkle almond meal to coat the chicken and then bake. We call it our Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's pretty great! Thanks to iHerb for carrying this great product and to the Barney corp for making such a fresh and tasty product, with no additives.

I use this to make cakes. The quality is good and I like it that the skin of the almond was left there so there's more fibre. A healthier alternative to normal almond meal! I use it to make my healthy sweet potato brownies - sweet potato mash, with this almond meal, honey and eggs. A very healthy chocolate indulgent treat! lots of recipes online. Enjoy!

I loved this product. It is perfect for low carb baking and adding to dishes when wanting to add a bit more protein. I have used it to make Gluten free low carb crusts and bases for cake and it comes out perfectly. The quality of the packaging is also great!

I have made good pancakes using mostly this flour/meal, just added some other flour such as chickpea/potato to extend the nutritional profile and just in case so they wouldn't fall apart. Looks like its milled with the skins on, which I think is good.
