I've been using the Every Day Defense for a few month now and honestly believe it has helped me to stay healthy. Everyone around me has been getting sick and I have been lucky enough to stay healthy and avoid the winter illnesses. I highly recommend using this!

I bought these in preparation for a long trip overseas. When I went way last year, someone on the trip was sick, and passed his illness to about 20 of us. I was looking for something that could prevent that from happening again. I wore these about a month before the trip, during the trip and for two weeks after the trip and I did not get sick. My friend who I was traveling with part of the time came back with a cold so I think they worked! The pros: they seem to work Cons: I have an adhesive allergy and sometimes my skin were turned bright red underneath and they hurt a little bit. Also, I think they're way too big. I'm much more prefer the bracelet style patch and would prefer a smaller patch as well.

I have been using the vitamin patches for a while now and I can notice the subtle difference especially with the B-12. I like how the adhesive keeps the patch on all day, even through a sweaty Hotworkx sauna workout.

This is the product I always needed but never thought would exist. Such a convenient little product to make sure I get vitamins without having to swallow a pill or eat a sweet gummy. I love the idea of the designs which remind me of a temporary tattoo to make these patches stylish instead of a chore. In terms of health benefit, it as with any vitamin you won't really be able to see the effects of it dramatically so I don't expect it show me any noticeable effects any time soon. I would suggest avoid areas near elbows and knees, which sounds like a no-brainer but I put mine on the inside of my forearm near the elbow on the first day and it got wrinkly hours later which was slightly uncomfortable and not the prettiest. I started with the vitamin d + k2 to use instead of the liquid sublingual and droplet that I found to be inaccurate to dose and inconvenient for travel. I have since added on NAD+ and use the travel patch when I'm flying frequently for work and pleasure. I don't have any data to support the effectiveness of the transdermal delivery so I am under the assumption that it is delivering the expected dose. I had my vitamin D level, checked prior to starting and was going to give it six months and recheck again. So far, very satisfied.

I've been using a number of Barriere patches for the past year and can't say enough good things. The travel ones are essential day-of, the daily defense has been an extra boost when I'm feeling something coming on (esp as the mom of a toddler), and I have already noticed an energy difference with the NAD. I have taken a lot of supplements over the years and I like knowing that the absorption rate for patches means I'm actually getting the full benefit. I've also made my MIL a fan and often give them as gifts.

These vitamin patches are a lifesaver! They're super easy to use and provide instant relief to my tired skin. I love the idea of transdermal patches for quick absorption. However, the patch itself is big and uncomfortable. The material doesn't "breathe" at all, so your skin feels a bit suffocated. Kind of feels like a large piece of packing tape stuck to your arm...or whatever body part you use. The patch tends to curl when removed from the backing, which is very frustrating because then it becomes difficult to affix to your body. I often found that even with an alcohol wipe and tweezers--no finger contact--, there was always one corner that didn't stick and would catch on my clothing. This becomes hard to bear after the 6 hour mark when a suggested wear time is 8-12 hours. I realize this is a new field for vitamins and medicines, but a lot of other patches for medical grade use are more comfortable and breathable. I would buy again as I love the distribution method, but would ask for the technology to be improved for future patches.
