I love that it isn't another pill; these stickers work great. I have stomach problems and problems with vomiting back up what I have swallowed, and these stickers deliver what my body needs without having to take a pill. Would definitely recommend this brand and all they have to offer. I take the melatonin ones too, and they work great. I just have to wear multiple of the melatonin ones
