Barrington 96 inch EZ Fold Shuffleboard

The Barrington 96" EZ Shuffleboard is easy to assemble and set up to be able to play. Due to the weight of the unit, 149 lbs., it is advisable to have a second person helping to lift and assemble it. Since the folding legs are already installed they can be opened and locked into position. Then it can be lifted and stood on the legs. The table is sent in super well done packaging. The product is extremely well made, using top quality materials. The appearance is fantastic and luxurious looking. It comes complete with special wax beads and a set of eight pucks. You also get a pad with a handle used to sweep the beads out of the cloth channels surrounding the playing surface. It enables you to brush the wax over to a corner container which has a cover that you lift off and slide the wax into so that it can be reused. I honestly had to search for rules and various games that you can play since it's been many years since I have played. The unit also has Climatic adjusters which are only found on better tables. They allow you to do additional leveling of the play surface. The table is also designed for folding up and stored on it's side if you need to. I think you will have as much fun with this game as I am having with my grandchildren.

The table came well packed. No damage in transit. Very little assembly. Just pull the legs up and locked them in, turn it over and insert the sand saver/drink holder and you are ready to level, using the leg leverlers. Now, sprinkle the sand (Included), unwrap the heavy duty puks (also, include) and you are ready to play. It comes with a sand brush to use on the velvet sides to push the sand to the sand saver and you can reuse it. I was really impressed with this item.

1st of all, the table was delivered 5 days faster than they said it would. This table is too big and weighs too much for UPS or FedEx. Delivered via 3rd party. The packaging was superb!! Total weight of box was 155 pounds. 100 inches long and roughly 2 1/2 feet wide. So, get your lazy son-in-law to help carry!!! I put this table in my basement mancave. It barely fit going down basement steps and then a 90 degree turn. Had to angle and twist the box so it would fit at bottom of steps and hallway. So if your wandering if it will fit, get a tape out and measure. My ceiling at bottom of steps is 96 inches, the box height is 100 inches which is why I had to do some tilting of the box. Metal legs of table is sturdy. I put this table beside my 8 foot pool table. My mancave is full....2 pinball machines, 1 virtual pinball machine, stand up asteroids arcade machine and 1 bartop arcade machine mounted on a metal shelf along with an arachnid dartboard, 42 inch tv and coffee table and sofa. For the shuffleboard leveling, used a level for the length. As for side to side, shoot the pucks as you would if you were playing. Mine drifted so I put shims underneath the feet of the table to make sure the pucks glided straight. All in all, I felt the table is well made and a good value if your gonna put it a space with not much room. Would have loved to put in a 14 foot table but it would have never fit going down the basement steps.

I had my shuffleboard delivered via a freight truck because it did weigh 149 pounds. Be prepared to have someone help you unpack the shuffleboard and carry it in because 1 person cannot carry it.Not sure how much it weighs once unpacked but 2 of us were able to lay it on its side for easy storage. It came all ready to play, just needed to put the legs up and then level it. It is 96 inches but we have a lot of fun playing on it. It will fit nicely in our downstairs rec room. It is very well made made and we plan on having a lot of future fun playing shuffleboard. It comes with the sand and a brush to put the sand back into the shaker.

Well packaged to withstand the abuses of shipping; setup was BEYOND easy...unfold the legs and play! Great price point for the quality of construction and appearance. The folding legs are sturdy and attractive and blends well with surrounding furniture. We bought this item along with the matching MD Sports air hockey/ping pong table for the same price I could have bought a higher end air hockey table for. Couldn't be happier about the price point and overall quality and the family enjoys having three games instead of just one!

Would recommend! Nice table for the price, easy to put together. Customer service is awesome too! Had to get two replacement pucks, and they sent them out without hassle, and had them in a few days. Will need two people because it is heavy, and 9ft long.

The Barrington shuffleboard table is pristinely built, excellent craftmanship and well thought out design. Shuffleboard tables require provided silicone micro beads (looks like salt at first glance). There is then a need for a good brush to clean the micro beads off the felt. The brush provided works perfectly, fitting snuggly between the board and side rail. The feet on the table are adjustable, making it very manageable to make the table level. The pucks are also high quality, though you will need to use the silicone beads in order for them to glide well. This is standard among shuffleboard tables. If you don't want to bother with the beads, there are inexpensive alternatives to using the standard pucks.

I was going to give this shuffleboard game to my kids/grandkids for Christmas. After setting it up and playing a few games I'm sorry to say I'm keeping it! I love it. This is just like the old bar days, lol. This is a very well made product. It is sturdy and made of quality materials. I don't know that much about shuffleboard but I would rate this professional grade. It's 8 feet long so it does take up some space. But the legs fold up if you need to store it away. The wood grain on the playing surface is gorgeous! The legs are typical folding legs and the wood on the sides is very nice as well. It has a built in score keeper and comes with the glass beads for dusting the surface. I do have a couple of negative comments. The first is it would be nice to have a flat rectangular tray for collecting the beads for reuse. It comes with a round bowl/tray but rectangular would be so much easier. Secondly it came with two long wood grain boards. They aren't mentioned in the assembly instructions so I have no idea what they are supposed to be. Lastly being a very novice player it would have been nice to have playing institutions included. No worries you can find everything online. This has been so much fun playing and bringing back memories. I would highly recommend it. Sorry kids ha ha

The listing says the assembled weight is 50lbs, but it's actually more than double that. Very nice quality. But not as “EZ” to move around as advertised.

this item arrived damaged, obvious package damage, the bottom cardboard was destroyed and the drivers hid the damage as they carried off the box. I paid an extra $50 for freight shipping for this item on a $400 purchase. I call the trucking/shipping company and they say I have to contact Walmart.com and they have no place to lodge a claim, only to do a return and reorder, I had to wait 2 weeks for this product besides.
