It arrived two days after Christmas, which was expected as we ordered after the cutoff for pre-Christmas delivery. The unit is sizable and somewhat bulky, but it unquestionably works, and he thoroughly enjoys using it.

I recently purchased this leg and calf massage machine approximately one week ago. It was delivered promptly, and I've used it daily ever since. I've been experiencing poor circulation in my legs, causing them to feel quite heavy. Upon receiving the massage machine, it seemed substantial, but it only weighs 22 pounds. The inclusion of carrying handles makes it easy to move around. Additionally, it comes with a remote control for convenient on/off functionality and mode adjustments. I appreciate the heat feature, which can be adjusted to three different levels. This machine genuinely relaxes my legs, and after a 15-minute session, I feel rejuvenated enough to dance again. While I already owned a foot massager, the one on this machine surpasses it, offering more than just vibration and proving particularly beneficial for my plantar fasciitis.

Everything is great except for the heating isn't working

Great but not as advertised. Heat only for one section of feet (toes) feels uncomfortable like a burning on your toes and there is no vibration or button for that selection even from instruction manual

U can tell the massagers are not true shiatsu balls like others. They are air balls that fill and decompress. I'm kind of upset I have to go through the hassle of returning. Very bulky also.

item says it has vibrating mode.it does not.
