BASE CULTURE ORGANIC CLASSIC SOURDOUGH BREAD 23oz, Shelf Stable

I'm picky about bread, and this one totally won me over!!! The texture is great- hearty without being dense, that incredible sourdough tang is SOO good, and it toasts beautifully. I love knowing it's made with clean, organic ingredients and slow fermentation process- noticeably easier on my stomach (yay!!!). I feel like you can really sense the care that goes into it and I'm so happy to have found it!!!!

This is a good sized loaf of sourdough bread. The slices are perfectly sized. The taste is delicious and the bread was very easy to digest. This is a great sourdough. I used it to make my kids some grilled Reuben sandwiches and they loved them. Next up I'll be making french toast with it. Deliciously and good for you, can't beat it.

This bread has the consistency of a rye or pumpernickel bread. It's pretty dry and it doesn't have much taste to it. However, if the intent is to avoid digestive issues, I think this bread hits the mark. I feel like it did help with my digestive issues. It just wasn't the tastiest bread I've ever had. I bet it would be really good if it was toasted with a little butter and jam.

This is not true sourdough bread. I'm not even sure they use the right type of flour or yeast or ingredients. It seems more like a brown bread. it's very dense, very heavy. not good at all. I would not pay for this and actually I'm going to try and return it

I was given a bread past expiration date, it was so moldy. I couldn't resist to take a picture of it never seen anything like it in my life. The person that put that in my cart needs to be fired.
