We had an awful fly problem with our exterior trash cans. They sit outside in the heat for a week before pickup. I sprayed this product at the top of the cans and underneath the lids. Within 48 hours, the amount of flies was reduced to a very few. It has now been weeks and the difference is unbelievable. I ended up using 1/2 of the can to make a huge difference!
I learned about this product, BASF PT Alpine Reduced-Risk Insecticide, from a professional exterminator. It may seem a bit expensive, but wow! It works! A little goes a long way and is extremely effective. No unpleasant odor. Well worth the price.
Works very well! The spray nozzle on it could use some improvement as mine leaked as it sprayed which made a mess but it came with a single use pair of gloves. For my one bedroom apartment (about 300sqf ) I got 2 uses out of it.
