Basic 4 Heart Healthy Cereal, Fruit and Nut Fiber Cereal with Whole Grain, 19.8 oz

I'm moving towards eating healthier. Basic 4 Heart Healthy cereal has some sugar in it, but if you walk once you're done eating a bowl, you're good to go! The flavor is fantastic! I wish the clusters were larger. Every once in a blue moon, you'll take a big crunch and notice it's a nice thick cluster. They need to do that more often. lol Raisins are always healthy to consume and help with digestion. They're a great source of fiber and go down smoothly. Almonds are a good source of protein and calcium. I, personally, don't eat cereal straight up, but if you do, you'll still get some protein and calcium! Overall, wonderful flavor, great crunch, and an excellent source of fiber.

I wanted something nutrient dense instead of just "cereal". This fits the bill. A little pricey but because it's so satisfying you can't eat a big bowl of it, so you'll get more servings out of the box. My husband tried it %26 he is kind of quirky, so he added Great Value Strawberry Banana yogurt %26 milk %26 he said it was delicious. He usually won't eat anything except surgery, colorful cereals, so this was a good surprise as now he gets more nutrients. I recommend.

Love this cereal a lot!!! Have used it as a gift and recommended it to a lot of folks. I order this quite requently. Every review will be the same...so, please no more reviews for this product.

This used to be the only cereal that my husband liked for breakfast. But it changed - less fruit and nuts, more cheap bran flakes, so it doesn't appeal to him as much anymore. And the price increased by 10%. Now he's eating a more healthy and less expensive breakfast of oatmeal and fresh fruit most mornings.

the original cereal had raisins, dates, walnuts, almonds %26 I believe dried apples, sweetened with honey, brown sugar %26 corn syrup.. It was DELICIOUS! I recently bought a box %26 was totally disappointed. It tasted nothing like I remembered. I wont make that mistake again.

This cereal is no longer good. It used to be great, and looked just liked the spoon on the back of the box. Now it's just a bunch of dried out flakes with a few fruit flakes. The box is also very slim in comparison with other cereal boxes. 3 stars because it was in good condition.

A lot of people complain about lack of fruit in this, but I'd say that's a great thing because the fruit is too hard and chewy, almost stale like they used raisins from the 1800s. I'd love this cereal much more without the fruit in it.

this cereal used to be very good. but they changed how much fruit they put in it now. it is like a few people say now has more corn flake and rice. not enough of the fruit and almond that made it a great cereal. bought two boxes and will not ever buy again.

this was mostly puffed rice and cereal. hardly any almonds I saw one and very few raisins and I saw one or two of the yogurt pieces in my bowl this morning I won't be ordering this again it's not worth it I could get corn flakes and rice puffs a lot cheaper
