Basic Blue Walmart eGift Card

I used to send checks in the mail for family birthdays etc but that's just not a very smart thing to do. Now everyone gets a Walmart egift card on those special occasions. My great grandchildren love getting a shopping trip through the Walmart toy aisles, choose their own gifts, and learn to buy within their budget. And I have the peace of mind of knowing the my gift card was quickly and safely received. These are great!

Use of this card is valueless. It is not of use to me and I am out the 25 I spent on it. I can not find a way to resend it to my own email address as I can when I use Amazon. So they get my business.

I've used Walmart gift cards for years they're quite handy as gifts, but buying them in the app from your account is not as straightforward as it should be, it's very difficult to just go and buy an e-delivered gift card from your app You almost have to go into the website which can be frustrating. seems like with Walmart with such a smooth running app normally could fix this, I also don't remember this being a problem in the past like it was today on both android phone and iPad

Although this says it was delivered, it was never delivered. I think that Walmart owes me $40. The problem is you can never talk to anybody that has any authority to do anything. They're all in the Philippines or in India and it's the biggest rip off I've ever experienced. I'll never trust Walmart again with anything. I was supposed to send this thing as a gift and when I call them to ask them if they check their email and they looked and looked and looked and nothing ever showed up so where is the $40 dollars?

I ordered this egift card for my son to be delivered via his email. I do this all the time! This time there was an error in the email address and it did not get to him. When we investigated, we realized the error and called Walmart immediately. They said they would correct the email address mistake and take care of it within 24 hours. We have called at least 6 different times over a weeks time and although promised each time that it would be sent out - IT NEVER HAS!!!! This is terrible customer service. I am out $100.00 and Walmart does not send my son the egift card nor do they refund my money!!!

I sent this to my brother and to date, Sunday, April 27th he has not beable to spend it at his local Walmart in Sanford ME. They told him today they did not know how to retrieve it. They are suppose to get back to him in 24 hours. This is very disappointing. I don't understand what the problem is.

My client did not receive her gift certificate that was supposed to get to her email. I re-checked her email address but she never received it. I have contacted you several times to get this resolved but have not received anything.

Accidently entered an inactive email address and can't figure out how to change it to the right one. Walmart just stole $300.00 from me. Walmart sucks.

The card was not sent to email address entered by me. It shows in my online order the email address I entered and a different email address it was sent????
