The best I found in 20 years
I am a pharmacist and have been using glucosamine and chondroitin for a long time. I have been using Basic Organic for almost 20 years. I have tried other kinds, but I always end up having pain after a period of time. I have also ordered it for my customers and they always come back for more and tell me how well it works. If you want to try G&C, this is the one to use. Keep in mind you need to take it three times daily for 4-6 weeks to see if it works for you. It is a very gradual relief and it will not work for everyone. Once you reach the point of maximum pain relief, you can reduce the dose. I take one per day and occasionally have to increase to twice daily
