The first person hung up on me. The second call could not help at all. I phoned the product company and the person walked me through it to complete satisfaction.

somehow on September 30 I was ordering a Chromebook and I ordered a tv and a Chromebook set up package. This is when I noticed that there was not 1 Chromebook in the cart. I told that I was too late to cancel a Chromebook. That I was not dealing with Walmart, but an outtside contractor. I think I have the returns under controll. Other than the Chromebook start up package that I no longer need. 39.99 down the drain.

I returned the laptop, therefore I did not need/use the tech service. I received the dollar amount for the laptop back on my credit card. I was told I would receive the amount for the tech services separately back to my credit card. It has been a month and it hasnt happened yet!

purchased basic setup support add-on go with with my Acer Chromebook that I purchased on November 5th ( 2 weeks ago ). Was supposed to be contacted by TrueNet solutions so that they would set appt w/ me. I'm not tech savvy which is why I paid for this service. Fast forward wks later and nothing. Yep 1 star.

Refund for Basic setup support is a ripoff!
Basic setup support is a ripoff! I am requesting my $39.92 because the Chromebook was returned. The insurance company refuses to refund me. The service was paid through Walmart. This is making Walmart look bad. Something really needs to be done about this refund. I need my money!!!
