Made me sweat...(but that's a good thing)
So - I got this DVD to help me lose weight since I can't go to the gym now....It's dated, but it is still a good work out. She gives very good instructions and the cadence helps keep you on track. It helps that I am very familiar with the moves since I do many walking workout DVDs....but I needed something to get my blood flowing and give me a good sweat and this did the trick. And you can't beat this price!!

This is a really great workout!
I used to record and do this workout every day when it was on ESPN. I absolutely LOVE this workout! It is low impact, but it really packs a punch. Be ready to work up a sweat! Old School exercise at it's BEST!!

I love this workout! I can't believe it's still around. I used to do it daily in the 90's it's still as good as i remember!
