The savings was a plus. My son was trying to get a used one. Most of them were in poor condition. We loved that you delivered it. With gas at $5 a gallon, that helped a lot. My son and boys spent the afternoon putting it together and playing Hoops. The boys need outside activities to get them away from screens.

Everyone in my household and grandkids that come, love the new basketball goal!! The adjustable height is great for the smaller kids. The rebound area is awesome for practicing alone.

Decent price, and everything feels like it is pretty good quality, but came with a bent rim, when mounted the rim is not flat, it anlgles upwards and the net cant attach.. No visible damage to the packaging so it was shipped this way, or was a return that was repackaged and shipped as new. Still works, trying to get a replacement rim so it's right has been a bit of a process though. I would buy this again - but would also suggest inspecting everything before putting it together because if I have to ship this back it's going to be a pain!

Basketball goal did not come with the padding along bottom of backboard. Backboard graphics also had completely different colors. The advertised pictures shows black striping along the edge of backboard and mine has white/purple striping. Starting to think I was shipped the wrong product.

Overall system is nice, biopic came damaged and rim was bent, didn't have time to return because birthday party was that weekend and we wanted to for then.

Nice product. Does not adjust down to 5.25 ft as advertised. I bought this for my 6 year old son and when adjusted all the way down the hoop is still about 6 1/2 ft tall.

The product I received is not what is pictured. It took my husband about 4 hours to assemble this, I walked outside to check it out and IT HAS A PURPLE FRAME. Purple!!!! Why would I get a purple framed basketball hoop? The picture of the product shows some sort of padding on the bottom half of the back board, that is not on what we received either.

Took a long time to assemble but the parts/tools/directions were good. Problem is Customer Service - the wind blew it over and the rim bent. I wrote the manufacturer to buy a replacement and was told they could help only if I bought it through Amazon. I bought it through Walmart, contacted them several times, still have a new hoop that is useless. I bought a rim at Dicks but the attachment holes to not match the backboard. Wrote Walmart again w photos, still waiting. And waiting...

Arrived with all parts EXCEPT the bag of screws, nuts, bolts and wheel pin. We removed all parts and searched box and no bag of fasteners. Spent a long time with Walmart help who said to call a number in China or bring it back to local store or to buy our own screws, etc. We may be able to get the base and backboard back into box but not all the poles. Man on help line said they would be back with me in 48 Hours but that is last week. We did get a $15 credit . Ruined our 9 years old birthday gift and need help. Its probably a good Hoop set and just what we wanted. The backboard looks like a great size. There must be a way to just get the bag of small parts.
