Works Great and is a great price. I bought the hose a couple of years ago and paid more than I paid for the whole kit just for a supply hose like the one that come with the kit.

Easy to handle & hold. Wish there was a pause button or something so it would not spray as you put soap on your hair.

Materials, especially the hose, seem cheap. I expect them to fail in time. Had planned on drilling out the flow restricters in the hose, but the flow from this was greater than my previous model. I've seen the same brand for less on Amazon.

I searched and searched the web, looking at hand held shower heads. As you probably know by now they come in many different prices. I just broke one that was five times the price of this one. And it turns out to be five times better. Not fancier, but solid construction. Use the tape for a tight seal, and enjoy the money you saved.

I have searched and tried several different handheld shower heads, Always returning them. Either because of no water pressure or they leaked, spraying everywhere. I decided to try one more time, this inexpensive hand held shower head... And, It Works Perfectly...! No Leaking, Great Water Pressure. I am Very Happy..!

It's all plastic parts, but if you read all instructions & assemble carefully, it comes together quite nicely. Works really well too.

Only thing wrong was the plastic threads were you hook the cord to the holder. Stripped them so I've had to order a new holder.

This does have the notch to switch between modes. Like others have said, there are issues with leakage where the hose attaches to the holder. I did tighten with pliers and maybe that was too hard. But I always tighten with pliers with other shower hoses in the past. I might give this another chance if it's majorly on sale. For now, I chose another brand completely. Let's hope this other one lasts for a year at least.

Like most everything else these days... a cheap plastic item that didn't make it through the first shower. The hose came loose from the head and started to unravel from the tubing beneath. I wouldn't recommend that anyone waste their time or money.
