Needs some adjustment, but works well enough.
It's not perfect; it has a tendency to tip over at the slightest provocation, so bending its little feet out a bit with a vise, and possibly weighting the bottom, would help considerably. Otherwise, it works great.

Toilet paper stays where you need it.
We bought 2 of these for our new home bathrooms because we didn't want to drill any holes in the wall for a toilet paper dispenser. I would give it a 5 star review however it has a tendency to be tippy. But over all I love it.
