Very nice bathroom rug! We order 2 of the small and 1 large but only 1 small and the large came. Finally, received the other small from shipper. Customer service was nice. Didn't mind the delay waiting on the last small rug because it was worth it. Very absorbent and feels soft on your bare feet.

A lot smaller than anticipated. So could not use for what I purchased. However, it fit perfectly on top of the armoire and has been lovingly commandeered by my two cats. They LOVE the material. It is super soft and fits their needs. So as a bath mat, thumbs down...as a kitty purr mat paws up...

I expected it to be a little bigger. The strands are not very close together. It is fine for my guest bath but I would pay more if I wanted to really impress someone.

Not great quality. Color is nice but that's all. The yarn things are not close together like the sellers photo showed.

I ordered two bathroom rugs of the same color and different sizes. The rugs I received did not match in color (see the attach photo). I have attempted to contact the seller, and they have not responded to provide options for resolving this matter.

Absolutely disappointed and would give -1 one stars if I could. This rug is smaller than it's measurements, clearly used, and has a nasty smell! it even has stains! definitely would not recommend unless you wanna waste money and time ordering this sham shag of a bathroom rug...

Very cheap. Looks so tacky in my new bathroom. Returning it for sure. You get what you pay for.

These rugs look nice in my bathroom, but when I washed them the backing shrunk, so that made the top which did not shrink stay the same and the rugs just had a roll in the material when I put them down on the floor. Great for tripping on! Only had them since November.. They went in the trash. I bought 2 of them also. was pricy when you have to throw them away.

There is quite a difference between plum and black. The color variation is subtle yet quite noticeable. Don't advertise Plum and send Black. I kept it because I didn't want the hassle of sending it back. 1st time that I purchased a product that was not what I ordered and I order many items online because of the convenience. When it comes to bed and bath products I will stick with Amzn.

Took almost 3 weeks to come in. Wasn't cream- it's yellow.
