It hasn't been delivered, even though I paid for it and received tracking information (Which to me means that the item has been shipped). I have no idea when it will be delivered, and, at the same time, the item is still for sale on your website.

Ordered this item (Lucius Fox) for shipping via app as it is nowhere in my area at local stores. Order was then changed to delivery. Knew this was going to an issue at it was not at my local store (supercenter %2320). They of corse sent to wrong item with no prior communication to see if a sub would be okay (they delivered the 66 batman chase). I then had to waste my time to drive to the store to do a return. I paid with my debit card and requested cash back as they have done in the past when using a debit card. I was told by the manager that I could not get cash back and it wasn't even an option on their screen. Now I have to wait 3 or more days to get my money chaged back to my DEBIT card. So much wasted time and so much hassel just because walmart supercenter %2320 could not do their job correctly. My time wasted, the order fillers time wasted, the drivers time wasted, the people at the store for return, their time wasted. Not to mention my agrivation and the uncomfortable experience for the workers due to my aggrivation, all due to walmart supercenter %2320 and their inability to fulfill and deliver an order as ordered. Definitely will not be ordering delivery from walmart suspercenter %2320 ever again this include curb side pickup. If or when I do order from the app again, if it insist on changing my order to delivey, I will just cancel that order.

You have canceled this order 5 times citing product availabilitu after you emailed me stating it was available. You website inventory is either faulty or its lying.

I was sent the WRONG ITEM. I took it to a store for a refund and they would not give me the full amount. They would not refund shipping.

I have not reviewed the item I paid for.

Sent the wrong item. The figure is not what was labeled.

The app showed an exact location in store for this item. When I go, it was nowhere to be found. Therefore I went back in to the app an ordered it for pickup. An email was sent that the item would be shipped to me instead by the end of the next day. The next day comes and goes. The last email was that the item was not in stock and my order was cancelled. My suspicion is that the item was never in stock. So now I'm leery about purchasing through the app at all.

Walmart sent wrong item. Ghost Of Zod is not even part of the collection or assortment. Not sure how this mistake was made.

I was sent the wrong product and apparently I am not the only person this has happened to. I mean the character's names are plastered all over the packaging so I'm not sure how Lucius Fox ended up being Robin but ok

you shipped me the wrong item. i got a page puncher superman not lucius fox. I didn't return because my grandson liked it so I gave it to him. then I ordered another one and you canceled it. ugh! frustrating
