Item was used and repackaged. No help from Walmart
I purchased this item from a third party through walmart. It arrived with the package having been opened and damaged, then taped back together. It was a mess. I followed walmarts instructions and submitted a message to the seller who never got back to me. I tried again, and was ignored by both walmart and the seller. I could not get any assistance. After a ridiculous amount of effort I was told I could get a refund, but not a replacement for the item, even though they still have it in stock, unless I wanted to pay to ship it back and pay for shipping for the replacement.
