The case stays hot when my iPhone 11 is in it and I don't even have the charger battery on then it goes and says iPhone is to hot to charge it must cool down to charge

Mine husband loves it
I nearly returned this thinking it didn't work at all. I was able to charge the case, but unable to get the case to charge the phone or for the phone to charge using power cord while in the case. Many reviews say it doesn't work, and I thought the same, but it was user error. When you think the phone is filly inserted, give it a little extra push and you'll feel it really snap into place. The whole time, we just didn't have the charging port fully inserted. I'm giving 4 starts only because it hasn't been fully used yet, but it does appear to do what it claims, so I'm a happy customer!

Battery case is a good piece of merchandise. Dropped my IPhone and broke the battery case, new one works great!
When I open the package I notice that one of the cases were swollen. The other case works perfectly though.
