PRODUCT DIDNT WORK, and HALF MY ORDER NEVER SENT
ordered a total of THREE of these batteries. The Walmart.com order confirmations from the sellers said the batteries had been shipped in THREE SEPARATE PACKAGES. I only received ONE package containing one battery. I NEVER RECEIVED THE OTHER TWO BATTERIES. The Next problem: The Battery DIDN'T WORK, and would NOT charge using my drone charger or the charger that purchased from Walmart as part of this order. THE BATTERIES ARE USELESS. Next Problem: Customer support with this seller has been horrible and they are responding from China. STRUGGLE TO GET REFUNDS. I have so far received a refund for the TWO batteries that I never received. And continue to struggle for over a month now to get the seller to understand and give me a refund for the one battery that I did receive and have mailed/returned back to them. FEDEX tracking saying the seller received the battery a month ago, and I have had no communication/confirmation from the seller and still no refund. THE SOAP OPERA CONTINUES.....
