They light up the room pretty well, but I wish they worked as well as the old incandescents. I like the daylight color more then the soft yellow bulbs. When you turn them on they go from dimmest, to brighter, to brightest. (The soft yellow ones I bought in the past do the opposite.)The middle setting is not that much brighter than the brightest setting. Where I live it's extremely dark inside, so you need about four of them for the living room. 1 works ok for a smaller bedroom. (My original floor lamp, which had a metal top that directed light upward onto the ceiling, used the old standard 3 way bulb [before LED bulbs], and that bulb would light the whole livingroom by itself.

The bulbs emit the right amount of light for daytime and nighttime use. I needed a single bulb for the Mainstays 5'11" floor lamp I purchased at the same time. The glow from the bulb with the tea stained lamp shade enhances the decor. BTW, the lamp is great for those who like to curl up with a good book, crochet, knit or whatever hobby you enjoy that requires a well lit space.

I love my 3-way bulbs.I can turn it on the lowest setting if I need to or bump it up some if i need to. If I really need to! see good, I can turn it all the way up. Thank you Walmart

These bulbs were on the expensive side, but I will probably get much longer use from them ... so I have to keep that in mind.

The 3 settings are great in that they deliver just the right amount of light for the situation.

Daylight bulbs shed clear light. The 3-way LED bulbs don't require an adjustment time to reach from level to level. Pricey but more reasonable than many brands.

so far, we are very pleased with these bulbs. however, the last time we ordered three-way light bulbs after a month they started flickering and then wouldn't work. so we're waiting apprehensively hoping it won't happen again with these

I recently purchased the 3 way lightbulbs. I was disappointed in the 50watt ( lowest) setting. Just too low. I felt the next click, 100 was still rather dim, but preferable to the lowest.

I don't know who produced these lightbulbs, but don't buy them. The fitting that you screw into the lamp is not made for our lamps really bad products
