Battleship Gray, Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Floor Satin Paint & Primer-225380, 1 gal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to paint my cement slab garage floor since we moved in because it was such a dirty looking eye sore. I saw several different methods, but really, what's the best and where to begin? Enter RUST-OLEUM Concrete and Garage 1-Part Epoxy Floor Paint + Primer! It takes out all the guess work and is seriously all you'll need! No mixing this and mixing that and a coat of this and a coat of that. 1 gallon covers up to 300-400 sq feet with one coat. I started by working in a small section with a paint brush and small roller just to see how it went. It went so well I can recommend going straight to the big dog roller and get straight to work. I did not prep the surface in any way besides using the air blower to clear any debris and dirt and wiped up anything stuck or sticky. I used the Battleship Gray in Satin and am so pleased with the finished look! I did two coats (personal preference) and appreciate the thick, even coating it provides. The color is clean and sleek looking! My garage looks so much cleaner, so much nicer! Safe for little feet to run on, our car, workout equipment, lawn mower, bikes, etc! Our garage is a multi-purpose “room” and I'm so happy we found a complex process that has been brilliantly simplified that works! Give it the full 5 days to set and you will be good to go! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floor paint is phenomenal. It has excellent coverage. I only used one coat, and it covered all of the staining from iron ochre when our basement flooded. I prepped by vacuuming and mopping as much as I could remove and then I used a foam roller once it was dry to apply. It dries much sooner then the instructions said it would (Less than an hour on cement) and was dry to the touch very soon after painting which was nice because my cats were dying to try out the new floor but thankfully they didn't track any prints or get paint on their paws. Clean up was easy. Just rinse your brush out with water and let it dry. My only complaint is that the color of the Battleship Grey is actually a purple toned blue, not grey, which my husband wasn't too excited about, considering I painted his man cave. I would definitely use this paint again on other areas, but I'd probably choose a different, more neutral color.

I am extremely happy with the results and recommend this product. Doesn't have a strong smell after it dries and gives your garage a facelift.

I forgot a before but it looks amazing and totally brand new. We have only lived in our house 4 years but it needed a refresh bad! Smells is strong but I am sensitive to smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After/before. I used the rustoleum pant on our front porch knowing that if it didn't work, we will be replacing our porch in a few years anyway. I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! I'll be painting our back deck next. It's a great color and truly does cover in one coat. I had to touch up some areas where the wood was worn, but mostly one coat did the job. So easy to apply with a roller and seems very durable. Make sure you use it on a day with a breeze and very little humidity. You might want to wait until the forecast is clear doe at least 24 hours. We were walking on it after abour a day and a half. It dries hard and durable. No scuffing with dog feet running across it and lots of kiddos in and out. Great product!

This paint has primer included so made the whole process easier with applying just this paint. I waited five days after painting for it to fully cure and dry. We have parked car in garage and no issues with peeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received 2 cans of this paint. The smell is a bit sharp, but I like the color. It's exactly what's needed for a concrete paint project. The application is smooth and one coat is enough. Altogether this is great for what it's intended for.

We decided to add some of those paint flakes as well for an added color/touch and really make the floor more vibrant. Prep time wasn't too bad and Dry time was quick but couldn't put nothing heavy for 24 hours on it so will take a while to complete whole garage but overall impressed! Hope it hold up well!
