These were recommended by a heart doctor after my heart attack this last month. She said the Bayer's quality control of the dose was as good as prescriptions and I now will be taking an aspirin a day for the rest of my life. Great price for a quality drug

Worth it.
It's aspirin! Since this is for a heart condition - and I don't trust some cheap generics I feel this is worth the price - somewhat more than the generic. Aspirin can degrade

Pain relief or Heart relief
One of the first things my doctor asks is am I taking my low dose aspirin? Bayer Asprin has been around, they claim, since 1904. Mainly as a pain reliever. When did they decide it was beneficial for our heart? A “Low Dose” what does that mean? It is confusing, heart med or pain reliever and does that what determines the cost and does it really work? I take it right along with my other heart medications?
