This 20" cast iron pan is large, but perfect for making Paella for 15 people. I served up 9 large portions and am still eating Paella leftovers for the next few days. It took up two burners on my stove, but heated evenly the entire meal.

I purchased this pan from Bayou, because I was looking for the largest cast iron skillet I could find for our family camping trip. I bought this about 6 yrs. ago. IT WAS EXACTLY what I was looking for and can accommodate breakfast for 17 people. When it arrived, it was extremely rough, my husband had to take a sander to it to smooth down rough edges, that season it over an open fire, because was too big for my oven, but that being the only negative, I tell you this will be in my family for ever. As a side joke, it is so large that during rain storm, my husband left on fire to keep the embers from going out, and it worked....LOVE IT!!!!

This is a big skillet, heavy duty great for frying. Wish I could find a lid for it. Love this thing!

Great for cooking for a large camping group or for a large dinner party at home. This pan can fit about 4 small Cornish hens easily. Definitely a must have if you enjoy cooking for large numbers of people.

It's perfect to cook either one large meal, like a roast, potatoes, veggies etc. or to cook multiple burgers or something. It's pretty awesome. It comes with a booklet of instructions on how to season and care for your skillet. Be warned, this thing is massive and fairly heavy so be prepared for that.
