Great pan with many uses!
Heavy but worth the trouble! To make my cornbread, I spray the interiors with butter spray and pour in the batter… It even comes pretreated for use! I have it to make mini meatloafs and I can alter the ingredients for those who hate onions, green peppers, or want turkey instead of beef! A lot of picky eaters can be served with one pan!

Makes the best cornbread. My dad likes skinny slices and I like thick soft slices. Now I just pour less batter in his side and more batter in my side. I've also made it with bacon on one side for him and jalapeño bacon and cheese for me. Going to try biscuits next. So versatile. Cleaning is a breeze. First batch I used spay but after that I've put a tad bit of bacon grease and they just pop right out. Love the double handles. Wasn't sure about that at first but much easier than long skillet handle. Buy it! You'll love it!

Bayou Classic Cast Iron Cornbread Skillet
This was my first purchase of this brand of skillet. I was so happy to find a skillet larger than 8”. It cooks really well and it came seasoned. I very happy with my purchase and I will purchase this brand in the future. Thanks Walmart.
