These are my new favorite English muffins. They are light and fluffy and pull apart very well. I enjoy them lightly roasted with cheese and lunch meat or a pb%26j
These English Muffins are so good! They are addictive. I have a breakfast sandwich each morning with eggs, bacon and these delicious English Muffins. Highly recommend them. i like them because they are soft and easy to separate.
I go out of my way for these English muffins because they taste great, but more importantly, they are pre separated! No mess from cutting them in half. And they taste better than any other brand I've tried. They are in the refrigerated area and totally worth looking for. Delicious
I picked these up after seeing them in the refrigerated section (which already makes them feel a little different from your typical shelf muffins), and honestly, they're a step up from what I expected. The texture is the biggest difference—once you toast them, you get that nice crispy outside but still soft and slightly chewy inside. They're pre-sliced, which is convenient, but I've found sometimes you still need to gently pull them apart to get that classic texture. Flavor-wise, they're simple but good—not too sweet, not too bland. They work with pretty much anything, whether you're making a breakfast sandwich or just throwing on butter and jam. Pros: Great texture when toasted — crispy on the outside, soft inside Refrigerated freshness — feels a bit more “bakery-style” than shelf muffins Versatile — works for breakfast sandwiches, snacks, or even mini pizzas Cons: Need refrigeration — not as convenient as pantry bread Pre-sliced isn't always perfect — sometimes you have to finish splitting them yourself Mild flavor — good base, but not super flavorful on its own Summary: These are a solid upgrade if you're used to basic English muffins. The texture is really where they shine, especially after toasting. They're simple, reliable, and versatile—nothing fancy, but definitely better than average. If you like making breakfast sandwiches at home, these are a great go-to to keep in the fridge.
Baer's English muffins come in a couple different flavors, but they are found in the refrigerated section and most places near the eggs and butter. They are completely fresh and kept refrigerated. They are light and spongy and offer a minimal crisp around the outer part of the English muffin. And the taste is fabulous! There is no dough eat chewy stuff like you would get from Thomases.
These are the best English muffins available in supermarkets today. Well worth the slight price difference over name ,%26 store brands. Fresh, soft, pre split, lots of holes to melt butter in and crunchy when toasted. Bays are now available in multiple flavors. Buy Bays English muffins..perfect
I must have gotten a bad batch. I have always gotten Bay's english muffins original but the last package I got was so bad I had to throw it out. It was stale. I'll give Walmart another chance but I should have gotten the hint that something might not be right since they were in the big coolers in the center of the isla instead of hidden on the shelf in the back.
I only buy these because they are presliced. I make homemade sausage egg “McMuffins” and they taste just as good as the brand names. I would recommend them if you're tired of giving your money to McDonalds for a far overpriced sandwich. Absolutely. But overpriced as everything is these days. But you will save money for sure.
we have been buying bays English muffins for years. this was the worst batch we've ever had and it's important to note that it's not Walmart's fault. they were within one month of the expiration on the package but they tasted old. we ended up eating two for breakfast and throwing the rest away.
Bay's were the only brand I've ever used. But after this package I will find a different brand. These were 1/3 smaller than they used to be and yet not cheaper. So small my breakfast sandwich items had to be cut in half so it didn't hangover so badly. Shame they've ruined them.
