Adding protein to our nightly salads by using this as a salad topper. No added salt which is hard to find with roasted soy nuts. They're crisp and add a great crunch without being hard and dry. Just a great and tasty way to get a little more protein.

I bought these for my mother and father. They seem to enjoy them very much, and we're very surprised that if you couldn't get them from the store you can get them online because they are not online.
